REQUISITOS PARA OBTENER LA LICENCIA DE ARMAS MODALIDAD DEPORTE Y TIRO RECREATIVO L3
- Registrarse en el sistema SEL de SUCAMEC

- Programar cita por medio de la página web de SUCAMEC www.sucamec.gob.pe para ser evaluado y aprobar el examen de conocimiento y examen de tiro.
- Formulario de solicitud debidamente suscrito y firmado (descargar http://www.sucamec.gob.pe/web/index.php/fut-site/472-informate-sobre-fut)
- Copia del comprobante que acredite el pago por derecho de trámite correspondiente, indicando el número del documento de identidad. (/BANCO DE LA NACION S/36.90 CODIGO 2097).
- Declaración jurada de cumplir con las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 7 de la Ley de armas (descargar http://www.sucamec.gob.pe/web/index.php/fut-site/472-informate-sobre-fut-anexo 01 )
- Presentar Certificado de pertenecer a un Club de Tiro que esté registrado en la Federación Peruana de Tiro.
- Exhibir el Documento Nacional de Identidad o Carné de Extranjería, vigentes.
- Certificado de Salud Mental, que incluya examen psicológico y psiquiátrico, expedido por establecimientos de salud públicos autorizados por el Ministerio de Salud y registrados por la SUCAMEC. (costo aproximado S/150 ).
Toda presentación de documentos se realiza el día que tiene la cita de polígono. (FUT, DJ, Pago al banco de la nación, certificado de club de tiro, certificado de salud mental, copia de DNI).
